These terms govern your use of FoodChow's ordering, payments, and marketing tools. By using the service, you agree to them.

Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. You must have the authority to act on behalf of the restaurant you sign up.
Using the service
You may use FoodChow to take orders, run loyalty and marketing programs, and accept payments for your restaurant. You agree not to misuse the service, send unlawful messages, or use it to violate any applicable food, consumer, or messaging regulations.
Fees and payments
Subscription fees are billed on the plan you select. Payment processing fees are charged by our payment providers. We don't take a commission on the orders your restaurant receives through FoodChow.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your menu, branding, and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it's provided on an 'as is' basis. We may update features over time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. On cancellation, you can export your data, and we'll stop billing at the end of your current period.
