Who this applies to
This policy covers restaurants and businesses that use FoodChow's ordering and marketing tools, and visitors to foodchow.com. Diners ordering from a restaurant powered by FoodChow are subject to that restaurant's own terms, with FoodChow acting as a processor on the restaurant's behalf.
Information we collect
Account information you provide, such as your name, restaurant name, email, phone number, and billing details.
Order and customer data generated through your ordering site and app, including order history and contact details that customers share with your restaurant.
Usage and device information, such as pages visited and general analytics, used to keep the product working and improve it.
How we use information
To provide and maintain your ordering, payments, loyalty, and marketing tools; to process transactions; to provide support; and to send service updates.
We do not sell your customer lists, and we do not use your diners' data to market other restaurants to them.
Who owns the customer data
The customer data collected through your FoodChow account belongs to your restaurant. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request when you close your account, subject to legal retention requirements.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable payment processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you of incidents that affect it.
Your choices
You can access, update, export, or delete your account information by contacting us. You can also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
